Brisbane Sharing Event – Meet the Catchers and Growers

About this event

An exciting community event for professionals and seafood enthusiast from Brisbane, Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. Participants will connect with seafood primary producers. In collaboration with the Institute of Culinary Excellence (ICE), this event features current apprentice chefs in Qld working alongside selected mentor chefs. They will prepare seafood canapes for attendees while showcasing sustainable seafood practices. This event will provide fantastic opportunity for chefs and industry professionals to network and learn about seafood sourcing.
