Ryan Fitzpatrick’s culinary journey has taken him across the globe, from crafting bespoke menus as a private chef in the French Alps and Mediterranean to serving as Head Chef aboard luxury super yachts, sailing through Fiji, Hawaii, and the Pacific. His passion for fresh, local ingredients and international flavours led him to launch The Ohana Group with his wife, Rashi. Together, they’ve created multiple premium venues, including Lanai Noosa, Venu, and his newest venture as food partners at Hasting Street’s iconic Halse Lodge. Ryan’s dedication to exceptional dining experiences is reflected in every dish, showcasing his global inspirations and commitment to quality.
